• Payment data: If you purchase through PayPal or Etsy, payment is handled entirely by those platforms. We do not store payment card details.

9. Children's Privacy (MindVela Kidz)

MindVela Kidz is designed for children aged 5–12. We take the privacy and safety of children extremely seriously and comply with the UK Children's Code (Age Appropriate Design Code).

• Children's journal entries are stored securely and are only accessible by the child's own account
• We do not share children's data with third parties or use it for advertising
• All content in MindVela Kidz is age-appropriate and moderated
• Accounts for children under 13 should be set up and supervised by a parent or guardian
• MindVela Kidz contains no advertising, no external social media links, and no in-app purchases

For schools wishing to use MindVela Kidz, we recommend reviewing this section with your Data Protection Officer. We are happy to provide a Data Processing Agreement on request — please contact calm.mindvela@gmail.com.
