MindVela is a wellbeing platform providing mindfulness tools, digital resources, music, community features, and content for emotional wellness, based in the United Kingdom.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using MindVela, you confirm that you are at least 13 years of age (or have parental consent) and that you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
• You must provide accurate information when registering.
• You must not share your account with others or use another person's account.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

5. User-Generated Content

When you submit reflections, journal entries, or any other content on MindVela, you agree that:

• You own the content you submit and have the right to share it.
• You will not post content that is harmful, abusive, hateful, defamatory, or illegal.
• Community reflections may be visible to other users once approved.
• We reserve the right to moderate and remove content that violates our community standards.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on MindVela — including text, music, artwork, design, digital downloads, and code — is the intellectual property of MindVela or its respective creators, unless otherwise stated.

You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content for commercial purposes without prior written permission.

Digital downloads purchased from MindVela are licensed for personal use only. They may not be resold or redistributed.

7. Digital Products & Purchases

• All sales of digital products are final. Due to the nature of digital downloads, we do not offer refunds unless the file is faulty or not as described.
• Payments are processed securely through PayPal or Etsy. MindVela does not handle or store payment card information.
• Subscription plans (Calm Plus) are billed monthly and may be cancelled at any time through PayPal.

8. MindVela Kidz

The Kidz section is designed for children and is completely free. Parents and guardians are responsible for supervising their children's use of MindVela Kidz and for any personal information provided on their behalf.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, MindVela shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you (if any) in the 12 months preceding the claim.

MindVela may contain links to third-party websites (such as Amazon, Etsy, PayPal, or social media platforms). We are not responsible for the content or practices of those sites and recommend reviewing their own terms and policies.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Continued use of MindVela after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. We will update the date at the top of this page when changes are made.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
