Under the Weather
Some days are just harder than others. That's okay.
Under the Weather is a gentle corner of MindVela, built for the days that feel heavier than they should. Not every difficult moment is a crisis. Sometimes it is just a grey Tuesday, a sleepless night, or a feeling you cannot quite name. And that is enough of a reason to be here.
You are safe here. You are welcome exactly as you are today, whether that means barely holding it together or simply needing somewhere quiet to breathe. There is no pressure to explain yourself, no timeline to feel better, and nothing you need to prove. What you are feeling is real, and it deserves to be held with care.
This space was created by Rich, someone who has lived with low mood, loss, and the kind of quiet sadness that does not always have a reason. Everything here comes from that place of real understanding. You can read Rich's story here and know that you are not walking this alone.
There is nothing to fix here. No programme to complete. Just a few gentle things to read, listen to, or try whenever you are ready. Take your time. You are doing better than you think.
